The Toy Lending Library he Toy Lending Library of South Dakota creates opportunities for children zero to five years old to enhance their learning development through play. As mentioned, It's FREE to borrow the toy boxes. Borrow, take home, play, return, borrow more. TLL cleans and sanitizes all the boxes we bring back to them. So they are a one-time check out. We return the boxes and pick up new ones and about every 8 weeks or as needed.
